Long story short, Apple sent me a 1 GB iPod Shuffle for screwing up, but then <a href="http://doombot.com/2005/07/11/retraction/" rel="nofollow">screwed up the shipping on the PowerBook</a>, which was a major nuisance. The PowerBook works great, though, and I have not been back to tech support since.
