MIT Mystery Hunt 2007, Lake Effect Snow

About our Team

This group is run by consensus, and therefore the need for a team captain is entirely unnecessary. To interact with Hunt organizers we label one person "captain" for *their* benefit, but to us that person is just the email go-to dude or dudette, and the individual holding that position just kinda falls into it and is agreed to by consensus. Some individuals may also help facilitate communication more than others, since our mode of working involves input from many puzzlers, both on-site and remote, but again no one is formally assigned to it and just does so if they want to and there's no disagreement.
